"I took my iPod and went for a walk in Hyde Park today. About halfway through, it started to pour, so I put on a happy song, and just danced and jumped and laughed my life away. I was soaked, but I was happy." (April, Spring in London)
I found this little statement in my diary that was written during my stays in London last year. I just realized that I almost forget how much fun I had when I was there last year. Tonight, rain pours heavily here and without having much thought, I ran out and started soaking in the rain while everyone is sleeping. It wasn't just sprinkling, the rain was beating down on me. I was squealing, jumping and splashing. I was totally surrendered myself to the moment and lived it up.
I am just wondering, will it rain again tomorrow??
I do what I do, often against all the odds, because to do anything else is, quite simply, unthinkable. Fashion is a constant revolution; a restless search for the new, the improved. A designer, who believe in extreme provocation and riotous extravagance, designer who simply make beautiful things to wear. Designer who balance the contrary force forces of art and commerce and a designer who just want to make women sexy and dresses that sell. For verily, this is my destiny.
